• Password: stored only in a securely hashed form. We never keep your plain-text password.
• Check-in activity: the booths you visit and the time of each check-in, recorded when you scan a booth’s QR code.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To build and display your personal digital passport and stamp collection.
• To calculate prize-tier progress and determine raffle and prize eligibility.
• To show your name and stamp count on the event leaderboard.
• To operate, secure, and improve the app during the event.

3. What Others Can See

The leaderboard displays your name and the number of stamps you’ve collected to other attendees. Your email address and password are never shown publicly. If you prefer not to appear by your full name, you can register with a display name of your choice.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is used to run the New Mexico Tech Week 2026 Event Passport experience and is accessible to event organizers for prize administration and event operations. We may share information if required by law.

5. Data Retention

Your account and check-in history are retained for the duration of the event and a reasonable period afterward for prize fulfillment and event reporting. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including hashing passwords and restricting access to attendee data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
