Welcome to the New Mexico Tech Week 2026 Event Passport. By registering a passport and using this app, you agree to these terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy.
1. Your Passport Account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Please provide accurate details so your stamps and prize eligibility are correctly tracked. One passport per attendee.
2. Collecting Stamps Fairly
Stamps are earned by scanning the official QR code physically displayed at each booth. You agree not to attempt to check in without visiting a booth, share or copy booth QR codes, or otherwise manipulate check-ins, the leaderboard, or prize standings. Organizers may void stamps or disqualify accounts that break these rules.
3. Prizes
Prize tiers, raffles, and rewards are offered at the discretion of the event organizers and may change. Meeting a tier goal grants eligibility but does not guarantee a specific prize. Prize claims may require verification by organizers on-site.
4. Acceptable Use
Use the app only for its intended purpose during New Mexico Tech Week 2026. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app, other attendees’ accounts, or organizer tools.
5. Availability
The app is provided “as is” for the New Mexico Tech Week 2026 event. We aim to keep it running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and features may be adjusted during the event.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the event evolves. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
